Do you just submit the person's name and you do the rest (research, finding reasons why they kick ass, etc.) or do you submit the person as well as reasons why they kick ass?

Either is fine, really. I mean, obviously it’s a lot easier on us if you submit the research too (and you’ll see it on the blog a lot sooner if you do that), but we’re willing to do the research if you only submit the name. It’s nice if you at least tell us what they’re known for though (“inventor”, “activist”, whatever), in case there’s more than one person with that name. :)

I went through your "120 Trans Women you need to know" list, and calculated that 65% of your list is Non-white. Considering that TWOC are so marginalized/ignored on blogs like yours, I was surprised at the topic choice, let alone how well this blog went about creating an inclusive event that reflected reality. Of course not! Erasing such a huge chunk of kickass women? Absolutely not.
While I could only bring you folks 120 posts throughout September, I have dozens of Trans Ladies still needing to be featured on this blog.
